Summary AI Development Coach (Replit + Claude) – 1-Hour Live Team Workshop We're looking for an experienced AI developer to lead a 1-hour live working session with our team. We might turn this into a continuous engagement. This is not a generic AI or prompt engineering workshop. We want someone who actively builds production applications using Replit and Claude and can teach practical development workflows. About Us We're a fast-growing B2B healthcare company building internal AI tools and automations for our operations, finance, sales, and customer success teams. Our goal is to enable non-software engineers to build useful internal applications with AI. What We Want During the 1-hour session, we'd like you to: * Demonstrate your real workflow using Replit and Claude * Build a simple application live from scratch * Explain how you prompt, iterate, debug, and deploy * Share best practices for AI-assisted software development * Answer questions from our team * Recommend a learning roadmap for our developers We're much more interested in practical workflows than theory. Required Experience * Extensive experience with Replit * Extensive experience using Claude for software development * Experience building full-stack applications with AI assistance * Strong communication and teaching skills * Comfortable sharing your screen and coding live Bonus Experience with: * APIs * Databases * Slack integrations * Shopify * Internal business tools * AI agents and automations To Apply Please include: 1.
