Description

Project Overview I need a WooCommerce developer to resolve a compatibility issue between: * Customily Product Personalizer * Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce (ThemeComplete) v7.5.6 The ThemeComplete plugin is only intended to be used on non-Customily products. However, simply having the plugin active appears to interfere with Customily’s order processing, even when no Extra Product Options are configured for the Customily products. The Problem When the ThemeComplete plugin is active: * Customers can complete checkout successfully. * The WooCommerce order is created normally. * However, Customily does not generate the print-ready artwork for the order. If the ThemeComplete plugin is disabled, Customily works correctly and generates the print files as expected. This suggests there is a compatibility issue where ThemeComplete is affecting the cart or order data that Customily relies on. What I Need I would like you to: 1. Debug the interaction between ThemeComplete and Customily. 2. Compare the data generated for a working order (ThemeComplete disabled) and a failing order (ThemeComplete enabled). 3. Identify exactly what ThemeComplete is changing that prevents Customily from processing the order. 4. Create a clean compatibility solution so both plugins can coexist. Preferred Solution I would prefer not to modify either plugin directly. Instead, I’d like a small compatibility plugin or custom code that: * Prevents ThemeComplete from processing Customily products.
