Summary Full-Stack Web Developer / Systems Administrator — Website, Server, Domain & Email Management We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer / Systems Administrator to help us manage, maintain, improve, and develop our website and related infrastructure. This is intended to be a long-term working relationship for the right person. We need someone who is technically strong, dependable, responsive, and comfortable working across both the website and the underlying hosting/server environment. What You'll Be Doing Website Development & Maintenance Maintain and update our existing website Build new pages, features, and functionality Troubleshoot and fix website issues and bugs Improve website speed, performance, security, and reliability Ensure the website works properly across desktop and mobile Manage plugins, integrations, forms, APIs, and other website functionality Perform regular updates, maintenance, and backups Server & Hosting Manage and troubleshoot our hosting/server environment Monitor website and server performance Configure and maintain SSL and security settings Manage backups and recovery procedures Work with hosting providers when necessary Troubleshoot server-related issues Domain, DNS & Email Manage domains and DNS records Handle domain transfers and configuration Manage webmail and email accounts Troubleshoot email delivery and webmail issues Configure MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other DNS/email records as needed Potential Server Migration One of the potential projects will involve moving data and services from an existing/old server to a new server. This may include: Website files Databases Email/webmail Domains and DNS SSL certificates Server configurations Other related services We need someone who understands how to perform a migration carefully, minimize downtime, verify that everything is working correctly afterward, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ideal Candidate You should have hands-on experience with: Full-stack web development Website maintenance Web hosting and server administration Linux/cPanel or similar hosting environments DNS and domain management Website/server migrations Email and webmail administration Databases and backups SSL and website security Troubleshooting technical issues Experience with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL, APIs, and common hosting platforms is a plus.
