Payments Architecture Consultant — Pay-In / Pay-Out Design (Advisory Only) We need an experienced payments architect to design the money flow for a cross-border marketplace. This is an advisory engagement — we are not looking for a developer. We have our own technical team. What we need is the architecture on paper, so our team can build against it. The business model Buyers pay us for services delivered by vetted third-party providers ("dealers") in different countries. We hold the payment until delivery is confirmed, then release it to the provider minus our commission. We guarantee delivery to the buyer and payment to the provider. The two questions we need answered 1. How do we receive money (pay-in)? Which payment methods per target market — cards, bank transfers, local methods Which provider or combination of providers accepts payments for us How funds are held between payment and delivery confirmation, and on whose licence Currency of collection and where FX conversion should happen 2. How do we pay money out (pay-out)? How providers in different countries receive their funds, and by which rails How our commission is deducted — automatically at settlement or as a separate step Payout timing, minimum thresholds, and what happens on dispute or refund What onboarding data (KYB) each provider must submit before they can be paid Deliverable A written architecture document containing: Flow-of-funds diagram — where money physically sits at every stage, and whose licence cover
