Job Title: WordPress Specialist – Ongoing Management of Multifamily Property Websites Job Description: We're looking for an experienced WordPress specialist to take over ongoing management of two multifamily property websites. This is a long-term, recurring engagement — not a one-time build — so we need someone who can reliably support multiple sites in parallel with quick turnaround. What the role involves: - Ongoing WordPress site management, including security updates, plugin/theme maintenance, and general upkeep - Regular content, copy, and media updates: photos, floor plans, pricing/availability details, and promotions - Building and managing on-site pop-ups (e.g., leasing specials, concessions) - Ensuring web accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) are met and maintained across updates - Applying Fair Housing compliance to website content, copy, and functionality What we're looking for: - Strong hands-on WordPress experience, including security and maintenance for multiple sites at once - Experience with page builders/CMS tools common in property marketing sites - A solid understanding of WCAG/ADA web accessibility requirements - Multifamily real estate experience strongly preferred, especially familiarity with Fair Housing compliance as it applies to website content and functionality - Comfort working with common leasing/marketing integrations (e.g., mapping tools, ILS feeds, iframes) is a plus - Ability to be responsive to time-sensitive requests (e.g., a promotion that ne
