Summary We need a controlled AI-assisted email automation system for our leasing inbox. The solution will use Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Automate. The system should efficiently manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely and personalized communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI integration and email automation, with a focus on improving communication efficiency. ***Please refer to the attached Contractor Brief for full project details and requirements.*** When applying, we would appreciate knowing your answers to the following: 1. Describe a project in which you used Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate together. What did the solution do, and what parts did you personally build? 2. What experience do you have monitoring or processing messages from an Exchange Online shared mailbox? 3. How would you ensure that Hanson-specific responses are based only on approved Hanson Group content rather than general model knowledge? 4. What Microsoft licences, Copilot capacity, premium connectors, or Power Platform environment requirements do you anticipate may be needed? 5. How would you structure logging, exception handling, and reporting so Hanson Group staff can review what the system decided and why? 6. How would you separate email-specific processing from reusable knowledge sources, prompts, guardrails, and business logic so a Microsoft Copilot Studio website chatbot can be added later without substantial redevelopment? Applications that do not address the above questions or that propose dependency on contractor-owned systems or unapproved external AI services may not be considered. Strong command of the English language, both in writing and comprehension, is absolutely required.
