The problem I built an AI receptionist on Retell AI to handle inbound calls for my cleaning business. The agent answers well and the conversation itself sounds natural no complaints there. The issue is on the back end. When a call ends, my call_analyzed webhook fires and a contact does get created in GoHighLevel but the caller's name and the service they requested come through blank every single time. The phone number is the only field that populates correctly. I'm fairly sure it's either my post-call analysis data schema in Retell or a field mapping issue downstream in Make.com, but I've been stuck on it for two days and I'd rather pay someone who's done this a hundred times than keep guessing.
