## Senior Native Systems & AI Agent Engineer ### OS Integration | Native Execution | Agentic AI | Mobile/Desktop **Orches** is building a **Native Agentic Intelligence platform** that combines authorised native device data, application integrations, and AI intelligence to understand user intent and autonomously execute digital tasks. We are looking for a highly capable **Senior Engineer /Technical Engineer** who can work at the intersection of **AI/ML, native systems, OS-level integration, application connectivity, and autonomous task execution.** ### Core Technical Capabilities We are particularly looking for experience with: * Android / iOS native development * Windows / macOS / Linux system-level concepts * OS APIs, permissions and native services * Deep Links, App Links, Universal Links and application integration * Android Intents / iOS App Intents and similar OS-level mechanisms * Third-party application APIs and OAuth * Native application-to-application communication * AI/ML, LLMs and Agentic AI * Autonomous task planning and execution * Secure data pipelines and privacy-preserving architectures * Authentication, authorization and permission systems * Low-latency execution * Cross-platform architecture * Native UI / UI-layer interaction where appropriate and permitted * Understanding how applications expose capabilities and how an agent can securely invoke them ### What You Will Work On The core engineering challenge is to build a system where: **User Intent → AI Reaso
