The role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems and communication tools. Summary The company seeks to implement a reliable WhatsApp Business communication platform integrated with HubSpot CRM. The goal is to create a controlled environment for managing customer communication through WhatsApp Business, ensuring conversation history is synchronized with HubSpot. The solution must be production-ready, stable, and verified by management. 2.
