Summary Systems Builder Remote • Contract • Full-time The Role You build automations. Workflows, integrations, and the logic that connects a client's tools together. The bulk of your week is spent in n8n, Zapier, and custom code. What You Do Build multi-step workflows in n8n, Zapier, and Make from provided logic maps Write custom code and HTTP requests where no-code hits its limits Build lead intake, routing, and enrichment flows Connect systems via webhooks and APIs Design data models and field mappings across platforms Build in error handling, logging, retries, and alerts so failures surface immediately Test every branch and edge case before submitting for QA, then fix what comes back Maintain and debug live automations when they break And occasionally, Configure CRMs and ERPs per spec Stand up communication channels What You Don't Do Client calls or meetings Scoping and requirements gathering Strategic decisions Training client teams Requirements Full-time availability, flexible between 9am and 9pm EEST. 1 year minimum hands-on with n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel. Non-negotiable. Programming experience Hands-on with Claude (including Cowork and Code), OpenAI, and HTTP requests. Very good written and spoken English. Self-sufficient. You figure things out before asking. You do what you said you'd do, by when you said you'd do it. If you can't, you say so early. When a build breaks, you're the one who shows up. You are proactive and take initiative, a curious person that prefers to do something wrong, fix it and learn than saying “I don’t know”. You’ve worked remote before and can manage your time effectively. You respect your word and always strive to improve yourself and your skills. First 45 Days 30 days: Be knowledgeable on all clients assigned. Build workflows from specs with minimal oversight. Follow the standards. Pass QA on the first or second review. 45 days: Pass QA on first review consistently. Run multiple builds in parallel. Flag blockers and spec gaps before they cost time.
