While WordPress has served us well, our primary concern is security: the plugin-driven architecture, frequent vulnerability disclosures, and ongoing patching burden create more risk and maintenance overhead than we want to carry going forward. We are looking for an experienced web developer or agency to recreate these eight sites on a more secure, modern CMS or architecture — matching the current look, content, and functionality while significantly reducing our exposure to plugin vulnerabilities and hands-on maintenance.
