Description

Summary I am looking for a high-level Automation & AI Architect to help scale my business, 'English for Life', which serves French tech professionals. We are currently in a growth phase and need to automate our operations to absorb a 35% increase in client volume this year (approx. 70+ additional complex onboarding cases). Our Goal: A 'Frictionless Onboarding' process where zero manual administration is required after a sale is closed. The Tech Stack CRM: HubSpot (Starter Plan). LMS/E-learning: Kajabi & Digiforma. AI/Voice: Fireflies or Otter.ai. Integration: Make.com or n8n. The Project Scope Phase 1 (Onboarding): Use AI to extract data from sales calls that I do using Google Meet. Auto-populate HubSpot, Digiforma, and Kajabi. Auto-create client folders. Match students with teachers based on specific profiles.
