Summary Lead Management Integration Developer We run a high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation program (telehealth). Leads come from website shopping cart abandons and inbound calls, routing through a central lead management platform (Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, or Phonexa — final vendor selection in progress) that distributes to three third-party call centers, each running their own dialer/CRM (Convoso, Vici, Five9, or similar). We need a developer to build and manage the full integration — from lead delivery through disposition sync-back and reporting — so we have reliable, real-time visibility into performance and cost across the funnel. What You'll Do - Connect lead sources (web + inbound calls) into the database platform via API - Set up and maintain lead distribution rules across our 3rd-party call centers - Build real-time disposition sync-back from each call center's CRM/dialer, ensuring only generic lead data (name, phone, address, email) plus disposition status syncs back — sensitive screening/health data stays within each call center's own HIPAA-compliant system - Integrate conversion postback to Meta Pixel CAPI, firing only on final-disposition events - Build custom reports/dashboards for CPL, CPA, and funnel performance - Document the integration for internal handoff What We're Looking For - Experience integrating lead management / ping-post platforms (Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, Phonexa, or similar) - Strong API/webhook integration skills (REST, JSON, real-time sync) - Experience with call center dialers/CRMs (Convoso, Five9, VICIdial, etc.) - Comfortable building custom reporting/dashboards from API data - Understanding of marketing attribution (CPL, CPA, ROI) Nice to have: lead gen / performance marketing background (health or insurance vertical a plus), Twilio, Meta Pixel CAPI experience.
