Summary Develop and enhance the existing MTS Admin Panel to automate the complete device management lifecycle from pickup through warehouse, evaluation, sales, accounts, shipment, payment, and returns. The work will include: - Device workflow and status management * Pickup & logistics workflow * Warehouse and inventory management * Device evaluation and re-evaluation * QR code generation and tracking * Sales & Accounts workflow * Vendor and shipment management * Invoice and payment tracking * Returns and dispute handling * Role-based access using the existing permission system * Backward workflow to move devices to previous stages when required * Device history, audit logs and activity tracking * Excel export for Accounts/Finance * Testing and bug fixing The implementation will be based on the finalized scope discussed and confirmed with the client.
