Description
Summary We’re looking for an exceptional AI-native software engineer—or a small, highly capable agency—to help us deliver functional MVPs within 48 hours. This is not a traditional software-development role. Our clients will work with us to define their product during the initial sales call. We’ll rapidly generate a proposal, scope the MVP, and use platforms such as Lovable to create most of the initial application. Clients will then test the product and provide feedback through Loom videos. Your job is to take the AI-generated MVP through the final 20–30% required to make it functional, polished, and ready to use. You’ll combine strong engineering judgment with AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code. You should be comfortable inheriting imperfect AI-generated code, understanding it quickly, and finishing the product without unnecessarily rebuilding it from scratch. What you’ll do.... Take ownership of partially built MVPs created with Lovable and other AI development tools Turn client Loom feedback into concrete product changes Complete integrations, authentication, database workflows, APIs, business logic, and deployment Diagnose and fix issues in AI-generated code Improve usability and polish where it materially affects the MVP Identify what must be completed now versus what belongs in a later release Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers clearly Help us repeatedly deliver usable MVPs within a 48-hour turnaround You may be a strong fit if you... Have deep, hands-on experience with Lovable Regularly use Codex, Claude Code, or comparable AI coding agents Are proficient with modern web stacks such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, APIs, and serverless deployment Can safely modify unfamiliar or imperfect codebases Understand authentication, permissions, security, data modeling, integrations, and production deployment Make pragmatic decisions under tight deadlines Can interpret nontechnical client feedback without requiring a traditional specification Prefer shipping useful software over producing lengthy documentation and process overhead Know when an AI-generated implementation should be repaired and when a component genuinely needs to be replaced This probably isn’t for you if you.... Require several weeks of discovery before beginning implementation Prefer rebuilding every inherited project from scratch Depend on large teams, frequent meetings, or lengthy handoffs Treat AI coding tools as occasional autocomplete rather than a core part of your workflow Struggle to estimate quickly or work within a tightly defined MVP scope Engagement We’re open to: An exceptional independent engineer A senior engineer with access to a small supporting team A lean, AI-native development agency This could become an ongoing relationship with a recurring pipeline of MVPs. Responsiveness and some scheduling flexibility will be important because of the 48-hour delivery model. To apply Please send: A brief description of your experience with Lovable and AI-assisted development Two or three relevant products you’ve shipped The AI tools and technical stack you use An example of an AI-generated or inherited application you repaired and completed Your typical availability and preferred commercial model A short Loom video showing how you approach rapid MVP delivery Please begin your response with: “I finish AI-built products.” In your Loom, explain how you would: Review a Lovable-generated application Convert client Loom feedback into an implementation plan Determine what belongs in the final 20–30% Validate and deploy the finished MVP within 48 hours We care less about polished sales language and more about evidence that you can understand a product quickly, make sound technical decisions, and ship.
