Summary We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Expert to design and build intelligent workflow systems using AI and no-code/low-code automation tools. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in building scalable automations using n8n, integrating Claude AI, and connecting WhatsApp Business into real-world business processes. We want to build advanced AI-powered automation workflows that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making across business systems. This is not a basic automation role—we are looking for someone who can architect smart systems where AI actively participates in workflows (not just generates text). Responsibilities Design and build end-to-end automation workflows in n8n Integrate Claude AI into multi-step business processes Build AI-powered WhatsApp automation and conversational workflows Integrate WhatsApp Business APIs (Meta Cloud API, Twilio, 360dialog, Evolution API, or similar providers) Create AI agents that can receive, analyze, and respond to WhatsApp conversations Connect APIs, webhooks, databases, and external business systems Build AI-powered content generation and decision workflows Automate CRM, email, WhatsApp, and operational processes Handle structured data using JSON, HTTP Requests, and API integrations Implement error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability Ideal Candidate Thinks in systems, not just individual automations Can break down complex business processes into structured workflows Has strong experience with n8n Has experience integrating Claude AI or other LLMs into automation workflows Has experience building WhatsApp Business automation using official APIs or trusted providers -Understands AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool calling -Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and authentication -Pays strong attention to reliability, edge cases, and security -Comfortable working independently on technical builds Nice to Have -Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs -Experience integrating CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho -Experience with Airtable, Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Firebase -Experience with Slack, Telegram, Discord, or Microsoft Teams integrations -Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI knowledge bases
