We run technical operations for a small US health-education business. The estate is about twenty WordPress sites on a single Ubuntu server behind Cloudflare, plus Shopify storefronts, email marketing, analytics, and custom glue code. These are production systems: real customers log into membership sites and receive essential communications. No two months look alike. Recent work has included migrating the estate between hosting providers, building custom monitoring from scratch, writing a PHP email-sequencing engine, and rebuilding outbound mail authentication. Underneath the projects runs a steady baseline of maintenance. Our current maintainer is unavailable for six months. We have thorough documentation (runbooks, estate inventories) and a dedicated handover period.
