AI Automation Specialist Needed – Build Systems to Manage My Business Ops

Summary I run a small service-based business solo and I'm drowning in the operational side: following up with leads, tracking tasks, managing client onboarding, keeping on top of emails. I don't have an ops person and I'm not ready to hire one full-time. I'm looking for someone to build me a simple system: dashboards, automations, maybe an AI agent that can take some of this off my plate. I don't need anything overly complex, just something that actually works and that I can trust with my real business data. A few things that matter to me: I want to see and approve any changes before anything gets written or sent automatically. I don't want an AI doing things silently in the background. I'd like this delivered in phases so I can check in along the way, not just handed to me all at once at the end I'm not super technical, so I need someone who can explain what they built in plain language. Please include examples of similar systems you've built if you have them. I'm not looking for a huge agency, happy to work with a solo freelancer or small team who's hands-on with the actual build.
