Summary # ManyChat Expert — Build Our Complete Conversational Sales System We are preparing the launch of **Control Suite**, a B2B SaaS platform focused initially on BTL and service agencies. We are looking for an experienced **ManyChat specialist** to design and implement our initial conversational marketing and lead qualification system. This is not just a basic chatbot setup. We want to build a simple, low-cost and scalable system connecting: **Social Media → ManyChat → Automated Conversations → Setter → Closer** ## What we need You will be responsible for the complete initial ManyChat implementation, including: * Instagram automated responses. * Welcome flows. * Lead capture. * Lead qualification. * Segmentation. * Automated responses based on user behavior. * Prospect routing to the Setter. * Follow-up automation. * Different customer journeys. * Testing and optimization. * Integration with external tools when required. * Documentation of the implemented flows. ## The objective A person should be able to interact with our content and move through a structured process: **Sees content → Interacts → Receives automated response → Gets qualified → Goes to Setter → Books meeting → Reaches Closer** The goal is to minimize manual work while allowing our sales team to focus on conversations that actually matter. ## Important: Low-cost implementation Control Suite is currently in its **initial launch phase**. Therefore, we want the first implementation to be: * Simple. * Reliable. * Low-cost. * Easy to maintain. * Free from unnecessary tools. * Designed to scale later. We do **not** want an unnecessarily complex architecture for an early-stage operation. We want to build a functional **MVP sales automation system**, test it with real prospects, and optimize it based on actual data. ## Who are we looking for? * Proven ManyChat experience. * Strong knowledge of Instagram automation. * Experience building conversational funnels. * Experience with segmentation and conditional flows. * Experience integrating ManyChat with other tools. * Ability to document the complete implementation. * Understanding of conversion and sales — not only technical configuration. ## Strong plus if you have experience with: * n8n * Make * Zapier * CRMs * Google Sheets * Webhooks * APIs * Sales automation ## Project scope This is an initial implementation project.
