We’re looking for an AI automation specialist to build a simple workflow that converts meeting notes or transcripts into structured summaries, action items, assigned tasks, and follow-up emails. The goal is to eliminate the manual work after every meeting and create a repeatable workflow that our team can use. Scope of Work: Create an AI-powered meeting summary workflow Extract clear action items from meeting notes/transcripts Automatically create tasks in Trello, ClickUp, or Asana Generate professional follow-up emails Connect the required apps and APIs Test the complete workflow with sample meeting notes Provide a short setup/usage guide Preferred Tools OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Google Docs You don't need to use every tool listed above. Recommend the simplest and most reliable setup for the workflow.
