We're working for a small consultancy in California — seven of us. We produce client reports, mostly technical assessments with recommendations, and every single one comes past me before it goes out. That's the problem. I'm the bottleneck. We started using ChatGPT and Claude for first drafts about a year ago and it genuinely helped with speed. But I still mark up nearly every draft, and it's largely the same things every time. Findings in the wrong order. Vague statements that need an actual number attached. Recommendations with no timeframe on them. I've never written any of this down anywhere — it's just in my head and in the markup on old drafts. What I'd like is something that handles those recurring corrections before the draft reaches me, so my review becomes a check rather than a rewrite. To be clear, I'm not trying to take myself out of the process. I'll still sign everything off. I just don't want to be rebuilding the same document every week. We have plenty of examples — drafts alongside the final versions that actually went to clients — going back a couple of years. Three things that matter to us: - It has to work with what we already use. I don't want another platform to learn or maintain. - We need to own it at the end. I don't want to be dependent on a contractor forever. - I'd want to see it tested against work we've already done before I trusted it on anything live. I've put $3,000 as a placeholder — I don't really know what this should cost. If it's more than
