Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer Or Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing and delivering production-grade data platforms, machine learning solutions, and AI applications. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical concepts clearly for the client facing role. Requirements * 7+ years of professional commercial experience in AI and Machine Learning industry. * Native and Billingual English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be available to work during the U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours. * Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI or AI-powered applications is a strong plus. * Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices. * Strong experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows. * Hands-on experience with Python and SQL. * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse. * Solid understanding of machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring. * Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, or similar technologies is preferred. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality. * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. * Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. * Build, train, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI models. * Develop robust ETL/ELT processes for large-scale datasets. * Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders. * Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance. * Optimize cloud infrastructure and data processing workflows. * Implement best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model lifecycle management. * Review code, provide technical leadership, and mentor team members. * Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, Generative AI, or Agentic AI projects. * Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments. * Relevant cloud or AI certifications are a plus.
