Summary I need a small Python automation that processes customer inquiries submitted through a website form using the OpenAI API. When a new inquiry is received, the Python script should: Read the customer’s name, email address, and message. Use the OpenAI API to generate a short summary of the inquiry. Classify the inquiry into one of several categories:Sales Technical Support Billing General Question Determine its priority: Low, Medium, or High. Save the original inquiry and AI-generated results to Google Sheets. Send a formatted notification to a Telegram chat. Technical Requirements Python 3.10 or newer OpenAI API integration Google Sheets API integration Telegram Bot API integration API keys must be stored in environment variables and not hardcoded Basic error handling and logging Duplicate submissions should not be processed twice AI output should use a structured JSON format Deliverables Complete Python source code requirements.txt file .env.example file without real credentials Setup and usage instructions in a README.md A short demonstration using test data Acceptance Criteria The script successfully processes a test inquiry. OpenAI returns a summary, category, and priority in a structured format. The result is added to Google Sheets. A Telegram notification is sent successfully.
