Summary I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer (or small no-code/AI development team) to build an AI-powered customer dashboard and marketplace platform. The platform will connect customers with relevant service providers/vendors using an AI-powered matching system. The goal is to create a clean, scalable MVP that handles customer onboarding, provider profiles, marketplace interactions, payments, automated workflows, and AI-assisted communication. The initial build will primarily use Bubble, Airtable, Stripe, automation tools, and Voice AI. What I Need Built 1. Customer Dashboard Customers should have a secure dashboard where they can: Create and manage their profile Submit their requirements/preferences View their marketplace matches Review recommended providers Communicate with providers Track requests and activity Manage payments/subscriptions where applicable View relevant notifications and updates 2. Marketplace The platform will have two main sides: Customers Create requests Enter requirements/preferences Receive recommended matches Compare providers Contact or engage with providers Providers/Vendors Create and manage profiles Add services, pricing, availability, location, experience, etc. Receive relevant customer opportunities Manage leads/requests Update their profile and availability 3. AI Matching System A core part of the project is an AI-assisted matching system. The system should analyze information provided by customers and providers and generate relevant matches based on factors such as: Service requirements Budget Location Availability Provider capabilities Customer preferences Other relevant profile/request data I’m open to your recommendation regarding the best architecture for the AI matching component. The priority is creating something practical and maintainable rather than unnecessarily complex. 4. Voice AI I also want to integrate Voice AI into the platform. The system should be capable of handling automated voice interactions/calls for appropriate use cases, such as qualifying customers, collecting information, following up on requests, or assisting with the matching process. Experience integrating voice AI APIs with Bubble or external automation platforms is highly preferred. 5. Payments Stripe will be used for payment functionality. Depending on the final workflow, this may include: Customer payments Provider/vendor payments or payouts Subscriptions Payment status tracking Webhooks Transaction records I need someone who understands Stripe integrations beyond simply embedding a payment button. 6. Airtable & Automations Airtable will be used as part of the backend/data and automation workflow where appropriate. The system will need integrations between Bubble, Airtable, Stripe, AI services, and external automation tools. I’m open to recommendations if you believe certain data or workflows should remain entirely within Bubble instead of Airtable. Technical Requirements Strong experience with the following is preferred: Bubble.io API integrations Airtable Stripe Webhooks REST APIs AI/LLM integrations Automation platforms Voice AI integrations Database design Authentication/user roles Marketplace architecture You should be comfortable deciding when to use Bubble's native functionality versus external services. What I'm Looking For I don't just want someone who can follow a Bubble tutorial. I’m looking for someone who can help think through the architecture and identify potential problems before they become expensive to fix. You should be able to: Translate a business workflow into a functional Bubble application Design a clean database structure Build reliable API integrations Handle edge cases and errors Think about scalability Build a clean and intuitive UI Document important workflows Communicate clearly throughout the project Project Scope This will initially be an MVP, but I want the foundation built in a way that allows us to add features later. I expect the project to be developed in stages, starting with the core architecture, authentication, dashboards, marketplace functionality, matching workflow, and integrations before moving into more advanced AI/voice features. I’m open to discussing the best development approach with the right freelancer.
