Summary We need an expert to lead the migration of a vacation rental management company from Track PMS to Guesty. When the reservations migrated from Track to Guesty the accommodation fare is not reflecting accurately on Guesty. Once we correct this and go to publish statments the statements are NOT reflective of the fare the numbers are completely off. We need someone who knows how to work guesty and adjust accommodation fares and go in the backend and know how ensure the statements once published as they are supposed to be. The project includes migrating reservations, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. We are looking for this do be done ASAP. We need all migrated reservations to be gone through and adjusted, You should have hands-on experience with Guesty, PMS migrations, and vacation rental operations, including messaging and automation. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to recommend operational improvements are essential.
