# Senior Software Engineer — Rental, Property, Travel, Experiences or Rewards Platforms We are hiring a **senior software engineer for a long-term role** helping build and evolve a U.S.-based rental and services platform. We already have an existing production platform. For this search, however, we are prioritizing **domain and product experience over a specific programming language or framework**. We are particularly interested in engineers who have personally built or played a major technical role in production systems involving one or more of the following: * Rental or property-management platforms * Travel or booking platforms * Experiences / activity marketplaces * Loyalty, rewards or membership platforms * Multi-vendor marketplaces * Reservation / availability systems * Referral, affiliate or commission platforms ## Relevant Experience Strong candidates may have worked on systems involving: * Multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Organizations, branches, agencies or teams * Multiple user types and permissions * Listings or inventory * Search and matching * Booking / reservations * Availability and scheduling * Payments and commissions * Subscription billing * Partner or vendor portals * Loyalty points / rewards * Offers and promotions * Referral or affiliate systems * Notifications and messaging * Third-party APIs and integrations * Reporting and analytics * Large existing production systems We are especially interested in engineers who can explain **why a system was designe
