Description
We're a specialty equine saddle company in Florida, selling custom-made Western and English saddles internationally. Every customer starts with a free Saddle Fit Evaluation — they submit photos and measurements of their horse, and our fitters send back a personalised recommendation. That process currently runs on a long web form that people abandon, especially on mobile where photo uploads are painful. We've built a replacement: a browser-based app that walks owners through the evaluation with guided photo capture, and gives our fitters a screen that assembles their reply. The app works and is live. What it doesn't have is a backend — submissions currently go nowhere. That's the job. We have a working prototype, a confirmed API spec from Cognito, a full field map, and our fitting logic documented. A first-draft plugin already exists and needs testing, debugging and finishing rather than writing from scratch. The groundwork is unusually complete. Our site is self-hosted WordPress with WooCommerce on Cloudways. It's a live store, so all work happens on staging first.
