Summary Hi Upwrokers, for my company we have created a WhatsApp Chatbot which works with: N8N for automation, Twillio for whatsapp sending, Qdrant for vector storage, and OpenAi for Ai. We are looking for an expert who will be able to assist us in short-term improvements and longer term projects with this chatbot. Short term tasks - improve vector search and quality of chatbot functioning. - solve any automation issues. - reduce inaccuracies Longer term task - connect the chatbot to our new CRM / booking management software (the chatbot is currently connected to our current Booking software which we will be shifting away from) - Combine chatbot to real person messaging, we want to be able to have a human write in the same chat together with the chatbot. looking forward to your proposals.
