Summary Project Overview I am looking for an AI developer to create a fully autonomous job application system powered by Claude. The goal is to build a seamless workflow that handles the entire job hunting process, from finding the best-matching job postings to customising application documents and submitting them directly on the portals. Core Goals & Workflow Target Platforms: Workflow to autonomously search for relevant roles and apply across linkedin.com, seek.com, indeed.com, and adzuna.com.au. Dynamic Tailoring: For each application, the workflow needs to use Claude to analyse the job description and automatically tailor the resume and cover letter (if required). Autonomous Form Filling: The system must be able to navigate the portals autonomously to fill out online forms, upload the customised documents, and submit the application completely hands-free. This can be company portals which the job board redirects the applicant to apply. Application Tracking: There must be a CSV job tracker included. The workflow must refer to this tracker whenever a job is being researched or applied for to ensure the exact same job is never applied to twice. Token Efficiency: Because this system will process a high volume of applications, the architecture must ensure efficient token usage to keep Claude API costs manageable. Requirements Strong expertise working with Claude and claude code and its agentic or automation capabilities. The ability to design and figure out the best architecture to make this happen.
