Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/search consultant to guide the design of an AI-powered search feature for our healthcare platform. The consultant will provide advisory and consulting work, focusing on design review, architecture guidance, and periodic check-ins. The feature allows users to enter free-text queries and routes them to the right clinical tool or content, with results ranked by medical relevance. We need input on technical approaches for query understanding and semantic matching, defining and scoring medical relevance, ranking architecture, and taxonomy alignment.
