Summary We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer to help us improve our internal AI development Factory and build advanced AI-powered features for our applications. What you will work on You will work on two main areas: AI Development Factory Improve AI agents used to assist software development Improve code generation and review agents Work on agent orchestration and workflows Improve context management, reliability and performance Optimize agent execution and output quality Advanced AI Features AI assistants able to understand application data and execute actions Smart action suggestion systems Agent orchestration across different application features AI-powered business workflows Human-in-the-loop validation systems The objective is to build robust, reusable and production-ready AI capabilities. Profile We are looking for strong practical experience with: AI agents / agentic systems LLM application development Tool calling Multi-agent workflows Context and memory management AI-assisted software development TypeScript APIs and backend integrations Experience with Claude Code, MCP, coding agents or similar AI development environments is a strong plus. This is a hands-on engineering role. We are looking for someone capable of understanding an existing AI Factory and progressively becoming highly autonomous within it. $100 Paid POC The first step will be a $100 paid POC directly inside our AI Factory. You will receive access to the necessary environment and work on a small, concrete agent-related task. The objective is to evaluate your ability to: Understand the existing Factory and agent architecture Work effectively with the existing tools and conventions Identify potential improvements Implement a clean and reliable solution If the POC is successful, the objective is to continue with larger and potentially long-term missions around our AI Factory and advanced AI features.
