Brief: AI Voice Agent Phone Line – ElevenLabs + Twilio Integration (Inbound Calls) Project Overview I need a working inbound phone system where callers can dial a US phone number and speak with a warm, conversational AI voice agent. The agent should provide short, supportive, encouraging conversations. This is a backend technical build only. You will not be involved in any branding, marketing, social media, or content creation. Scope of Work Set up a Twilio account and purchase/provision a US local or toll-free phone number. Create and configure an ElevenLabs Conversational AI / Agents voice agent. Fully integrate Twilio with ElevenLabs so that: Inbound calls to the Twilio number are answered by the ElevenLabs agent. The conversation is real-time, low-latency, and natural. Call recording and transcription (if available) can be enabled. Implement basic call flow: Greeting Natural conversation handling Ability for the agent to end the call gracefully Provide clear documentation so I can update the agent’s system prompt, voice settings, and phone number later. Deliver a fully working, tested system that I can call and interact with.
