Summary I'm looking for someone to build a small AI-powered automation MVP for a Shopify store. The goal is to automate basic customer/order handling and keep our CRM up to date. This is intentionally a small, practical project — I'm not looking for a large customer-support platform. What I need Build a simple workflow using: * n8n * Shopify API * OpenAI or Claude * CRM/API (HubSpot preferred) * Webhooks / REST APIs The workflow should: 1. Receive a customer inquiry through a webhook or simple form. 2. Use an AI agent to understand the customer's intent. 3. If it's an order-related question, retrieve the relevant Shopify order information. 4. Generate a response using the available order information. 5. If it's a sales/lead inquiry, create or update the customer/lead in the CRM. 6. Add a simple category/tag: * Order Status * Product Question * Refund/Return * Sales Lead * Other 7. Send the result to email or Slack for testing. 8. Include a basic human handoff when the AI cannot confidently handle the request. Deliverables * Working n8n workflow * Shopify API integration * Basic AI agent with tool/API calling * CRM integration * Basic error handling * Short documentation * Demo/test using sample customer inquiries Important This is an MVP, not a full customer-support system. Please keep the implementation simple, reliable, and easy to extend later. Do not build a complicated multi-agent architecture or custom application. To apply Please answer these 3 questions: 1.
