Description

About the project We need a logged-in rewards portal built into an existing WordPress site. Users are survey panelists. They log in, see how many surveys they've completed and what their balance is, and cash out either as a prepaid Visa card or a donation to a charity they pick. The site owner uploads a CSV once a week to update everyone's survey counts, and needs a simple admin view showing which payouts to fulfill. We already have a complete HTML prototype of every screen, so the design work is done. We'll share it with shortlisted candidates. What we need is the build. Important: we want the simplest, most streamlined path to get this working in WordPress. We are not looking for a custom-built app bolted onto WordPress. Use existing plugins for anything they already handle well (user accounts, login, password reset, profile editing, CSV import) and write custom code only for the parts that genuinely need it, which is the rewards ledger, the redemption flow, and the admin views. If your quote leans heavily custom, tell us why. No payment gateway needed. The owner fulfills gift cards and donations manually outside the system. The portal only records the request and emails her what to do. Build approach we're expecting WordPress already handles user accounts, login, and password reset natively, so please don't rebuild that. A membership or profile plugin should cover the front-end login, reset, and profile screens. Plugins worth considering, your call and we're open to better
