Summary Looking for a U.S.-based full-stack developer to investigate the feasibility of a web-based notification system that receives transaction data from an existing third-party software platform and automatically sends SMS notifications to customers. Project would require API/database integration, Twilio or similar SMS service, basic customer records, and an admin dashboard. This project is not yet in the execution stage. Mostly looking to see if it is possible to integrate into livestock auction software, and what an MVP would cost.
