Description
**AI Video Generation Engineer** We’re building a short-form vertical drama app similar to ReelShort and need an engineer to develop an AI-powered video generation pipeline. * Build a system that converts scripts, storyboards, and character references into polished vertical videos. * Integrate leading video, image, voice, music, lip-sync, and avatar generation models. * Maintain consistent characters, environments, costumes, and visual styles across scenes and episodes. * Develop workflows for shot generation, editing, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and final rendering. * Optimize output for 9:16 mobile viewing, rapid iteration, and scalable production. * Create internal tools allowing nontechnical creators to review, regenerate, and edit individual shots. * Implement model evaluation, quality controls, content moderation, and cost tracking. * Work closely with writers, directors, designers, and product engineers. **Requirements** * Strong Python and generative-AI experience. * Experience with video diffusion models, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar tools. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and GPU workloads. * Portfolio demonstrating high-quality AI-generated video. * Strong product judgment and visual storytelling instincts.
