Description

We're a small IT company running several businesses under one roof, and we want a single internal platform for it all instead of the spreadsheets, chat threads and single-purpose tools we currently operate on. It covers the whole chain: opportunities in, work delivered, money tracked, people paid and reviewed. Nothing has been built yet. You'd start from an empty repository, and you'd own the system end to end, with the AI-driven modules being the parts that most need someone who actually thinks like an AI engineer, not just a backend dev bolting on API calls.
