Summary AI Automation Specialist – Email, Lead Generation & Business Processes We’re looking for a practical AI Automation Specialist to help us automate a number of straightforward but time-consuming business processes. We’re not looking for someone who just understands AI theoretically. We need someone who can look at an existing manual process, recommend the simplest way to automate it, and then build and test the automation. Examples of what we want to automate: - Email handling, follow-ups and responses - Lead generation and prospect research - Moving data between different systems - CRM updates and data entry - Creating alerts or actions based on specific triggers - AI-assisted research and qualification - Routine admin and reporting - Connecting existing software using APIs/webhooks You should be comfortable working with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude and APIs, although we care more about what you can actually build than which tools you use. What we're looking for Someone who: - Has built real business automations before - Understands AI agents and workflow automation - Can identify where AI is useful — and where a simple automation is better - Can work independently and solve problems - Builds reliable, maintainable systems rather than overcomplicated solutions - Communicates clearly and can explain what they've built There is potentially ongoing work for the right person. We have several processes we would like to automate and will start with one or two relatively simple projects.
