Summary Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline our business operations using GoHighLevel (GHL) and N8N. Project Scope: Set up and optimize automated workflows inside GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, funnels, SMS/email sequences) Build custom automation using N8N to connect GHL with other tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Slack, OpenAI API, etc.) Integrate AI chatbot/voice agent for lead qualification and customer support Automate follow-up sequences, appointment booking, and lead nurturing Connect third-party APIs and troubleshoot existing automations Requirements: Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Strong knowledge of N8N (or similar tools like Zapier/Make.com) Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, etc.) Good understanding of CRM automation, funnels, and lead generation systems Strong communication skills, able to explain technical setups clearly Nice to have: Experience with WhatsApp API integration Voice AI agent setup experience Prior experience automating businesses in [industry, e.g., real estate, coaching, agencies] Please share relevant past work/portfolio when applying.
