Description

Summary Hi, I have a very specific real-time automation project involving workers.onech.at / OneChat. The important part is not building a normal bot. I need extremely fast WebSocket event detection and response handling. I need the system to: * Monitor ticket/channel events through the WebSocket gateway * Detect the correct ticket/form state * Send the required claim command immediately after the correct trigger * Handle many tickets concurrently * Keep each channel's state completely isolated * Process message and message-update events in real time * Avoid duplicate claims * Automatically recover from gateway/API disconnects * Run on a Linux VPS * Provide accurate latency measurements from event reception to command transmission I specifically want to avoid browser automation/Puppeteer if the API/WebSocket can handle everything directly. Before I hire you, please answer these: 1. Have you worked directly with WebSocket gateways where message updates arrive continuously/streamed? 2. Have you built low-latency ticket/queue automation before? 3. How would you design the event handling so 10+ tickets can be processed simultaneously without one ticket delaying another? 4. Would you use Node.js or Go for this project, and why? 5. How would you measure the actual latency between receiving the event and sending the claim request? 6. Can you inspect the existing code I provide and optimize it rather than rebuilding everything unnecessarily? 7. Have you worked with Revolt/OneChat or a similar WebSocket-based platform before? I care much more about real event-to-request latency and reliability than UI/features.
