Description

Summary I’m looking for an experienced developer to build an AI-powered WhatsApp order management system. The goal is simple: customers should be able to place orders through WhatsApp, and the AI should understand the conversation, collect the required order details, and automatically add the order to a Google Sheet or spreadsheet. Main Requirements Connect WhatsApp with an AI chatbot. AI should communicate naturally with customers. Collect order details such as: Customer name Phone number Product/order Quantity Address Any other required information Understand normal customer messages, even when they are not perfectly formatted. Confirm the order with the customer before submitting it. Automatically add confirmed orders to Google Sheets. Each order should have its own row with clearly organized fields. Handle multiple customers and orders simultaneously. Allow easy updates to the spreadsheet/order data. Provide basic error handling and notifications if something goes wrong. Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: WhatsApp Business API / WhatsApp Cloud API OpenAI or other AI APIs Google Sheets API Webhooks and API integrations Automation platforms such as Make/Zapier or custom backend development Please share examples of similar WhatsApp + AI + automation projects you have built. I’m looking for someone who can build this reliably and keep the system simple and easy to manage.
