Summary We are looking for a developer to build a simple MVP platform for a **virtual answering service and virtual assistant staffing company**. The platform should support **AI answering, live human receptionists, and dedicated virtual assistants**. Core Features Needed * Admin, client, and agent/VA logins * Multi-client setup with each client's data kept separate * Each client can have their own: * Phone number * Greeting/script * Business hours * Intake questions * Transfer numbers * Notification contacts * Integration with **Telnyx or Twilio** * Integration with **Retell AI, Vapi, or similar voice AI** * AI can answer calls, collect caller information, answer basic questions, and transfer to a live agent when needed * Live agents can answer calls for multiple businesses and automatically see the correct business name, script, intake form, and transfer instructions * Inbound and outbound calling * Hold, mute, transfer, voicemail, call queues * Call recording * Call transcripts and AI-generated summaries * Call notes and dispositions * Email and SMS notifications to clients after calls * Basic client dashboard showing calls, messages, minutes used, recordings, transcripts, and recent activity * Basic usage/minute tracking for answering-service plans * Ability to assign a virtual assistant to a client * Basic VA task management with task, due date, priority, status, notes, and completion tracking * Basic VA activity reporting * Client-specific intake forms for industries such as bail bonds, legal, healthcare, and general small businesses * Ability to choose AI-first, human-first, AI-only, or human-only call handling * API/webhook-ready architecture for future integrations * Clean, simple, mobile-friendly interface * Source code and all accounts must remain under our ownership We are open to using **FreePBX/Asterisk, Supabase/PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, Telnyx/Twilio, Retell AI/Vapi, or similar cost-effective tools**. We do not need a custom AI model or custom telecom system built from scratch. We want existing APIs and proven tools integrated into one easy-to-use platform.
