Summary ## Automation Specialist – Workflow Automation We are looking for an experienced **Automation Specialist** to help us build and optimize business automations. **First project:** Automate a monthly process where reports received via email are: * Automatically saved and uploaded to Google Drive * Renamed according to a predefined file structure * Read/analyzed to calculate and consolidate total amounts * Organized into the correct folders The reports always follow the same structure, so the process should be highly reliable and fully automated. This is the first, relatively simple automation. More complex workflows will follow, including **decision-based automations, data processing, and integrations**, alongside a Data Analyst. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) * Experience with Google Drive, email workflows, data extraction, and APIs * Ability to build reliable, scalable automations * Strong problem-solving skills * Fluent English If the first project goes well, there will be ongoing work on more complex automation projects.
