Description
Summary We are looking for an expert who will guide The Catch Family — a restaurant group with 6-10 locations across Riga and Berlin, spanning several distinct brands/concepts — through a full AI implementation, from strategy to code. One person owns the project end-to-end: auditing current processes (POS/CRM systems built on Syrve/iiko), designing the AI solution architecture, and personally building the integrations/automations. Format: long-term collaboration, part of the team, up to 30 hrs/week, starting hourly with a possible transition to a fixed-fee arrangement once we've found a good working rhythm. Definition of done for this engagement: 1. Audit of current systems (POS/CRM, dashboards) completed, with a written data map and AI integration points document 2. AI implementation roadmap developed and agreed (priorities, phases, ROI per initiative) 3. At least one working AI module/integration built and deployed (e.g. automated analytics or an operational assistant) 4. Knowledge transfer process set up — documentation accessible to the team without relying on the external consultant Russian language proficiency is a plus.
