Description

Summary I run an independent tourism media brand (StoryTours.ai). I sell 4 distinct self-guided audio tours on Viator/GetYourGuide via Bókun. The audio tours are hosted privately on VoiceMap. I need an automated, zero-friction voucher distribution pipeline built in Make.com using email fulfillment. Workflow Requirements: 1. Webhook Processing: Catch New Booking webhooks fired by Bókun containing customer details, proxy email (@expmessaging.tripadvisor.com), and Product ID. 2. Deduplication: Filter out duplicate webhook payloads sent by Bókun. 3. Database Routing & Inventory Lock: Route orders to the correct tab in a master Google Sheet based on the purchased tour SKU. Extract 1 available VoiceMap voucher code, write customer/booking details, and update row status to Claimed (must safely handle race conditions). 4. Email Dispatch: Send a formatted transactional email via Postmark API containing the VoiceMap voucher code and 3-step app setup instructions directly to the customer's Viator proxy email.
