Description

We are looking for an experienced automation/API integration specialist to implement and test a scheduling workflow for a behavioral healthcare practice. The practice currently uses CharmHealth as its EHR and will use Acuity Scheduling as the public-facing scheduler. We plan to use Keragon to connect the two systems. Project Goal Create a reliable workflow where: Website → Acuity Scheduling → Keragon → CharmHealth When a prospective client books through Acuity, the appropriate client and appointment information should be passed into CharmHealth through Keragon. Our marketing team will separately handle Google Ads and analytics. However, the completed booking must be structured in a way that allows our team to reliably identify successful appointments for conversion tracking. Scope of Work We need someone who can: Configure the Acuity + Keragon + CharmHealth integration Determine the correct triggers and actions in Keragon Map required client and appointment fields between Acuity and CharmHealth Ensure appointments created through Acuity are correctly reflected in CharmHealth Prevent duplicate client or appointment records where possible Configure any required APIs, webhooks, authentication, or field mappings Assist with Acuity configuration on the existing WordPress website if technically required Coordinate with our marketing team around the successful-booking event needed for conversion tracking Perform end-to-end test bookings Troubleshoot synchronization or integration is
