Summary Summary We are looking for a full-time AI Automation Manager to join our company and take ownership of building, deploying, and managing AI agents across our operations. This is NOT a freelance or part-time role. This is a long-term, full-time position (40–45 hours/week) with fixed working hours. 🚀 What You’ll Do Your main responsibility is to design and deploy AI agents that improve how our company operates. This includes: Building AI agents for data extraction, automation, and internal workflows Creating tools that empower our team to work faster and smarter Supporting, maintaining, and improving existing AI systems Helping non-technical team members use AI effectively in their daily work Improving visibility and reporting using AI-powered workflows 🧠 Tools & Technologies (Required) You MUST have hands-on experience with: Claude (especially Claude Code) OpenAI (API, Codex, agents) Cursor Manus Open Claw IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for theoretical knowledge. You must have built real workflows or agents before. ⏰ Work Schedule (Fixed) You must be available for ONE of the following shifts (Florida time): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM This is non-negotiable. 💼 Job Type Full-time (40–45 hours per week) Remote Long-term position You must work exclusively with our company (no other gigs) 💰 Compensation $12/hour Paid bi-weekly (depending on agreement) 🧰 What We Provide Dedicated servers Mac Minis for development and deployment All necessary paid tools and subscriptions ✅ Ideal Candidate Highly proactive and resourceful Comfortable working independently Obsessed with AI tools and automation Strong problem solver (figures things out without constant guidance) Experience building internal tools, not just demos 🚨 How to Apply (IMPORTANT) To be considered, you MUST: Send a Loom video (2–5 minutes) explaining: An AI workflow or agent you built / experience with claude code and open claw What tools you used The outcome/result Answer these questions: What agents or automations have you built using OpenClaw or Claude Code?
