Circle Community Build: Purchase-to-Access Automation for Digital Wellness Product (Fixed Price) Project Summary Black Women Thriving (BWT) is a workplace wellbeing and equity platform focused on improving workplace conditions for Black women. We're launching a digital product called Relief Kits — a self-paced resource delivered through Circle.so. We need an experienced Circle.so specialist to build the full technical pathway from purchase to delivery: a customer buys on our website, gets automatically provisioned into our Circle community, and lands in a structured, ready-to-use space with their materials. We have 4 Relief Kits ready to be input into the circle platform and ecosystem. This is a build project with a defined end point — not an ongoing retainer. We're looking for someone who can move fast, communicate clearly on progress, and hand off a clean, documented system we can run and (lightly) maintain ourselves. Strong potential for follow-on work (platform maintenance, future digital products) if this goes well. Scope of Work 1. Purchase & Access Flow Map and build the technical flow: website product page → checkout → onboarding → automated Circle access provisioning → delivery of Relief Kit materials Configure automations, redirects, tagging, and permissions so access is granted automatically upon purchase (no manual intervention) Integrate our website/payment platform, email tool, and Circle so they pass data cleanly (we'll provide access/credentials and current st
