Summary What we want to build: when a new Web/Social lead hits our Airtable CRM, an ElevenLabs Conversational AI agent calls them within seconds, confirms interest in a warm/non-salesy tone, and live-transfers the call into our Vonage business line if they want to talk right away. Call outcome should log back into Airtable. Stack: Airtable (CRM), Zapier (lead intake), Vonage (phone system), ElevenLabs Conversational AI (preferred voice AI). Looking for someone who has: Built with ElevenLabs Conversational AI (or Vapi/Retell) connected to a real telephony provider — Vonage experience a big plus Solid Zapier/Airtable automation experience Can help write a natural, parent-friendly call script
