Description

Summary Seller Central seller, North America. Finance and Accounting role held and proven (listFinancialEvents works). getReports returns 200 for GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE but 403 for FLAT_FILE_V2 and XML — same credentials, same endpoint, only the reportTypes value differs. Invalid types return 400, never-generated types return 200 empty, so the 403 is a real entitlement refusal. Already re-authorised with a new refresh token. Amazon support says access "may need to be enabled on your application's profile" but we cannot open a developer case. I do not want general troubleshooting or a re-authorisation walkthrough. I want someone who has actually had this specific entitlement granted, and who can tell me the exact channel and wording that got it done. FLAT_FILE is removed on 11 November 2026, so this has a hard deadline. In your proposal, tell me: have you personally had Amazon enable a report type on an application profile, and through which route?
